Stackers and Reclaimers ~ Oiltech Systems has supplied hydraulic equipment for boom luffing applications on Stackers and Reclaimers, Ship Loading/Unloading and reciprocating Harrow Drives. All of our hydraulic systems employ full electronic proportional control to provide for a smooth and shock free boom luffing operation, preventing oscillations during movement. Well-designed and reliable manifold/valve assemblies are integrally mounted on the Luffing Cylinder which also prevents creepage during a static condition. Proportionally Controlled Hydraulic Slew Drives have also been designed and supplied, again providing for shock-free movements during starting and stopping. The pumps utilised in these systems are variable displacement, having load sensing or proportional pressure controllers fitted. This design of control minimises heat generation.
Feed hoppers ~ Oiltech Systems has supplied hydraulic installations for Rapid Load-out Stations, Clam Shell Gate operation and many other material handling systems. Electronic proportional control valves are used where applicable and cartridge valve inserts and associated control covers are utilised for large flow requirements. Synchronised clam shell gate operations for Rapid Load Out Stations have been successfully designed and commissioned.
